This policy explains what information Wall Street Boards collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
Last updated: May 6, 2026
We collect the information needed to operate the service, including account identifiers, profile information, boards, posts, comments, extension tokens, and the content users choose to publish or save as drafts.
The service relies on infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare D1 & R2 for data and media storage, and hosting or analytics tools required to run the product. Those providers may process data according to their own policies.
Boards, published posts, usernames, display names, follower counts, and comments may be visible to other users or the public when a board is published. Draft content remains private unless the user chooses to publish it.
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Users can update profile details, manage board content, and request account-related help by contacting support@wallstreetboards.com.
